Address Accuracy

Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. IRYSE is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

🌸 Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once packages are shipped, they are in the care of the shipping carrier.

If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the carrier directly first.

Returns & Exchanges

At this time, all sales are final.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
